RE: Americanlegalnet.com - ordered, then immediately tried to cancel membership - still charged for unwanted membership
While researching Paralegal courses I followed the links to Americanlegalnet.com which is the website where for $95.00 you can download court forms. I made the mistake of ordering the membership, then immediately tried to cancel & requested that my credit card not be charged. They not only charged my card, but after emailing the company twice requesting that they credit my account for the charge, I have still never received a response to my request, nor have I ever received any information about the membership. Aren't websites held to the same standards as other companies which sell products and/or services? How does one go about finding the physical address of a website? I guess this is a perfect example of why one shouldn't purchase services on the web...
