I am complaining about the rebate offer I submitted that was summarily rejected due to me not making the rebate deadline. I would have submitted my rebate offer in a timely manner if I would not have had to keeping taking your sorry product back to the store.

That's right. I bought a RZ24G that died in 10 days. The store, Circuit City, did not have a replacement.

So I bought a RZ22G that died in 28 days. The store did not have one of those either.

So then I bought a RZ32G. It lasted 8 weeks. The store would not take it back after 30 days. I had to send the product to a service center in California.

So there is the reason I did not respond in time for the rebate offer. I wanted to see how long the next piece of crap would last.

Hey Sony, check out Complaints.com and see how often your company and products are listed. Sony failure to honor rebates is mentioned often.

I will visit the site again and make my own submission for the world to read.

Of course I can also write to that website and write about amends were made to give me my $100.00 rebate.
