Hi I am a frequent customer at 125 S BROADWAY, Salem, NH 03079. I usually come in the mornings on Saturday and used to get good service. This month, I visited the shop on Sept 20th around 6:20 pm. The shop is open till 7 pm. However the receptionist told me that the current customers would take another 45 minutes. So I was out of luck. There were only 2 other customers and there were 3 hair stylists. But I took her at face value and left the shop. Today (Sept 27th), I came at 5:45 pm. Although there were just 3 customers, the same receptionist told me that it will take 1 hour and 15 minutes. I said that I can wait and see. Then she told me that they were not taking any more customers, although the shop was supposed to be open till 7 pm. How much money is Supercuts losing because of receptionists like her, who turn away customers because she wants to go home early? I felt really bad today and after today’s experience, I will recommend others not to go to Supercuts in Salem. Thanks Madhavan Kumar
