BMI Computers, La Cienega and Melrose, LA - purchased PC that didn't work properly

I woild like to complain about the kind and quality of service I received from BMI Computers on La Cienega and Melrose in Los Angeles. We had bought a computer from them and from the beginning it had never worked properly. We took it to them and they would say there was nothing wrong with it.

So finally,we were so frustrated that we took it to CompUSA so they could diagnose the problem and they infomred us the Intel Processor was messed.

So we took it back to BMI Computers and they informed us that CompUSA had been lying and that the real provlem was that someone had switch the motherboard and it wasn't the motherboard that they originally installed.

WE have no idea how to open the case much less change the moetherboard!!!! Plus they made us pay an extra $150 for this. If you ask my opinion, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BMI COMPUTERS.
