I recieved a oil change on 9/6/03, and today 9/27/03 I pulled my car out from the garage and discovered leaking oil. I took the car back where I recieved the oil change at KWIK KAR OIL & LUBE AT 7226 BROADWAY PEARLAND, TX. 77581, and told them about it. It never leaked before so I thought maybe

something was loose. Two guys looked at it and said there was no leak.

They told me it might of been water leaking, I said no it wasn't I know what water looks like and oil. So they checked it out again. Come to find out it was the transmission fluid leaking, the technician gave me quote of $120.00 to replace the seal. I told them to go ahead and replace it.

After it was done I received the bill of $224.36. I told the lady and the manager, that the tech told me it would be $120.00, they said we had to flush out the transmission fluid that was $89.99. I was not informed of the cost at any time of the repairs.
