I resent the commercials I see on T.V. concerning Dell's tech. support.

I had a warranted hard drive crash and was really amazed that every tech support person I talked to was in India.

This warranted hard drive turned into a consumer nightmare endless hours on the phone around 7 hours of talk/hold time.
