Knudsen non fat cottage cheese - cover of container reads FREE - it doesn't read FAT FREE

The cover of the container of Knudsen nonfat cottage cheese reads FREE in big RED letters, it does not say FAT-FREE! Below it it says, in smaller blue letters NONFAT COTTAGE CHEESE ( blue is the color used for all the data on the lid). I am a biochemist, but I had not bought cottage cheese for some time. I thought at first that these were just FREE SAMPLES! Shouldn't it say FAT-FREE in order not no be misleading. Many people may not know that nonfat is synonymous to fat free!
