On 24June03 I ordered, thru Amazon, a VHS of The Forsyte Saga. By accident two copies were ordered. Amazon sent the order to 2 separate dealers. I informed Amazon that I wanted only one, but no action was taken. The first VHS arrived in a few days.

 

The second arrived after 2 1/2 weeks and on 13 July, I informed the sender (Email User), what had happened. I again informed them on 16 July.

 

On 23 July "Eddie" from rarevideo.nyc.rr.com, (E. Pantalon), 233 Elizabeth Street #7, new York City, NY,10012, told me "If you need to return the one I sent you, please return to Edward Pantalon...we will process the refund through amazon.com as soon as the set is returned".

 

The Post Office confirmed that it was returned to them on 29 July. I emailed requests for them to refund me on 16 and 26 August, and again on 2, 10 and 20 September. They have neither responded nor

refunded the amount involved of $61.49.
