RE: Brookhurst Inn, Anaheim, CA - bathroom infested with bugs - given a new room that also had bugs - refund refused To Whom it May Concern: I stayed at the Brookhurst Inn in Anaheim, CA on 9/6. Bathroom infested with bugs, notifed manager who gave me another room, same floor, three doors down. That bathroom also had bugs. Returned to original room, he sprayed and closed bathroom door. I could not take shower. Entire room smelled of bug spray. 3:00 am, too tired and too late to find new hotel. Manager thought it was funny. Next morn., bugs still in bathroom. Notified housekeeping who saw bugs, also. Notified day manager who refused to view room. Asked for refund, he refused. Besides the Better Business Bureau, where else can I file a complaint?
