My small business South Beach Gold Interior Design has a business checking account with Etrade. The account has been open for a year with no real problems until recently. I sent in a deposit for $12900 around the 8th of September, immediately the account was put on a freeze something i didn't know until a supplier received a returned check from the account.
I have been calling Etrade every other day trying to reach the department i need to reach to resolve the situation. No one will return my calls and the customer service reps on the phone say they don't know what is wrong and that there is nothing they can do but transfer me over to another department.
I have faxed over the contracts and business paperwork proving this money is a legitimate contract, if that is the problem but one will return my calls to even let me know what happened. At this point all i want is them to close the account and send me back the money. They sold ALL OF MY STOCK to pay for their outragously high penalties for inactivity. Yes, that's right: They charge you $40 per quarter at least for not making a trade.
