Voicemail service being charged on my SBC Pacific Bell phone bill under the name Integretel.

After contacting Integretel and asking what this charge was for they said that I signed up for toll-free voicemail, after arguing with Ray I ask him to email proof that I did sign up.....at which time I was e-mailed a letter saying you sign up for this service under this name at this time.

The funny thing is I did not have phone service at the time they say I signed up for it. It's been 2 months I have been fighting them over this and last week I was told by customer service Lynda where I could go and today I find out that she told the BBB that it's been resolved, and the I agreed that I did order the service. How would someone who does not have phone service order voicemail?

After searching and searching I have found so many complaints about this company,it's not even funny and they are still in business.............this is very wrong!
