DigitallyDiscovered.com - received digital camera licensed for sale in Japan only with no warranty and a copy of the product manual - sent it back, got correct camera and items - then returned everything - still waiting for refund

Re: Cutomer IDC10 Order # On 7.30.03 I purchaed a digital camera, lene, equipment and acceorie for a large $$order from DigitallyDicovered.com for a birthday preent to give on 8.01.03.

I requeted overnight delivery -- the order arrived on 8.01.03 intead of 7.31.03 and conited of item that were not a I ordered, including a digital camera that wa licened for ale IN JAPAN ONLY, with no warranty and black/white copie of the product manual.

I called the company - aid I wa ending everything back -- they requeted the right to make it good and hip out the correct item, to which I agreed.

After receipt of the correct item, the recipient decided he did not like thi particular camera and o I returned everything -- hipping overnight on 8.14.03. A of 9.25.03 I till have not been credited for the merchandie on my credit card and have been hung up on by the cutomer ervice people 2 time. Two phone number I've been given to call are no longer working.

I want an immediate credit on my credit card account for the full amount plu 30 day of interet charge and I do not want to have to put up with any more rude and abuive people at thi company.
