Super 8 motel, Indianapolis / NE / Castleton area, IN - given room with animal hair on the blanket - left hotel after replacement room wasn't acceptable either - didn't stay at hotel, but denied refund

The facility was the "Indianapolis/NE/Castleton Area" .

We made reservations to stay at a Super 8 motel. Arriving late, we turned down the bed to find a significant amount of animal hair on the blanket (probably dog). I am allergic to most animals, as is my daughter.

We called for the manager and she witnessed the hair in our room, and offered another. We inspected the replacement room and found less amounts of animal hair, but it was present.

We asked that we recieve a refund and found other lodging. The motel now refuses to credit for the room and contends it was not that bad.
