I ordered a remote control from them. It was back ordered for almost a month. I canceled the order after receiving another backorder email, then a few days later I received an e-mail from their customer service that the remote was shipped...

I called to see why and customer service told me that the customer service e-mail wasn't received in time by the warehouse? I knew something was up when I heard that and asked for a refund. Now I'll have to ship the package back when it arrives and waste more of my time on this ridiculous company that claims "We stock millions of parts for thousands of models across hundreds of brands".

I got the remote faster and cheaper from the original manufacturer. (Samsung) I don't recommend this site if you need something in a hurry.
