RE: Allstate Insurance - told outpatient amount was maxed out - personally billed for childbirth-related expenses i have allstate ins. from my work place, i had a kid 11mth ago, my bills from the doctors office to the hospital bills, i owe about 30,000. or more in those bills, my ins. said that my outpatient amount was max out and that i was responseable for the rest of the amount on the bills.
i never had heared that your ins is max out. i would like to known by law can the ins company just say that there is a amount of outpatient that you can use in a year time or is there a no limit amount?
i heared that the amount of outpatient is like in the millions of dollars, and the ins company can't max out your ins until it it to that amount. i'm not the only one that this ins company has done this too, at my work there is about 5 other people they have done this too on there ins bills. please help me do something about this problem please. thank you someone From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Friday, 26-Sep-03 00:00:00 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
