I sent my laptop computer in for repairs to Best Buy nearly 2 months ago. After several weeks of waiting and not receiving a response I called the customer service dept. The process was very disappointing.

 

a) It takes me 45min to speak with someone who has an idea about my case

 

b) They continue to tell me that they are waiting for another dept to get back to them regarding the status of my computer and don't have an estimated time of completion of repairs

 

c) I never get a call back with an update as they promise in their calls

 

d) School has started and I am left without a computer

 

e) They will not provide me with a replacement computer. I want them to at least provide me with an estimated time of completion of repairs because it is extremely frustrating to call every week and be told that they have no idea what's going on.

 

By far, this has been my worse customer service experience with Best buy.
