Add my name to the list of complaints against National Credit Audit Corporation. I, too, received a "collection notice" from them in regards to an old magazine subscription that I no long subscribe to. They lied saying that the magazine said that I had placed an order, received their magazine, along with several invoices, and failed to pay.

They went on to say that the magazine had turned over my account to them for collection. They then threatened action against me under the Fair Debt Collection Practices, if I did not comply within 30 days of their notice. This type of "SCAM" needs to be dealt with. For one thing the different magazines, etc. being used in their scam should be plenty upset. Also, how many people actually comply, especially the elderly, who may not discern the situation.

Some one in Washington needs to be made aware of this group! If you are reading this, notify your friends, family, consumer advocates, and your Congressmen, and tell them to do likewise. We need to take this nationwide through email, etc., and put this group "OUT OF BUSINESS" and behind bars where they belong! Jennifer Hall
