To whom this may concern, I too am experiencing extreme frustration. I was double billed and I have spent 90 days trying to get them to credit my card back. I have heard every lie in the book including "you've been escalated". That is a load of ssss. Finally after 65 days they told me I've been sent to the credit department which will credit my account. This is proved to be a bunch of ssss. I get the run around when I call and meanwhile they're still billing my credit card incorrectly. Someone somewhere needs to do an investigation of this company !!
