I LOOK TODAY AND FOUND A 23.99 CHARGE FOR AOL ON MY DEBIT ACCOUNT.

I CALL TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE BILL...THEY SAID IN JULY I INSERTED A FREE CD OFFER STATING I WOULD BE CHARGED IF CANCELLATION WAS NOT DONE BY FAX OR LETTER. I TOLD THEM I CALLED THE SAME DAY I PUT CD IN AND TOLD THEM NO THANKS.

THEY WANT A XXLD CONFIRMATION NUMBER OTHERWISE THE BILL STAYS I DONT HAVE NUMBER......
