Activity Warehouse Discount tickets, Maui, HI - charged $ 125 non-attendence fee despite attending time share presentation

Complaints.com received the following on September 24, 2003:

While on my honeymoon in Maui, HI I purchased tourist activities tickets at the subject merchant, worth approximately $225.00. To receive a $125.00 discount we attended a time share presentation at Embassy Suites, Kanapali Beach.

In addition to the $100 ticket charge, Per required, I charged $125.00 to my credit card for a non-attendance fee. This fee was processed even though we attended the presentation.

The merchant claims they have no record of our attendance, so will not refund the non-attendance fee.
