Ashley Furniture, Morrow, GA - still haven't received table pad that paid for in May, 2003

I purchased furniture including a dining room set from Ashley furniture in Morrow Georgia on May 24, 2003 with the order i PAID for a table pad. I was told the pad would be mailed to me within 10 days. I received my furniture on July 11, 2003 no table pad. After weeks of phone calls and out and out lies about the pad I wrote letters to the store manager, the region manager and still no response.

I went back to the store and spoke to the manager a Mr. Bruce Wink on Saturday August 29,2003 he told me he would personally call me on Tuesday September 2, 2003 I am still waiting for his call. Still no table pad but I finally got the telephone number to the pad company and they are working with me directly so my pad should be here in 5 days. I will never buy from ashley nor will i recommend them to anyone i know.
