RE: AOL credit alert - cancelled 2 years ago - still being charged - all attempts to contact AOL credit alert have failed I cancelled my credit alert report with AOL 2 years ago and am still being charged on my credit card. All attempts to contact them directly have failed. What can I do to get this taken care of?
