Dear Sir/Madam,

Order No B0006021,Invoice No.OP/1435950,Acc No.BBUCB000, Customer Order ARIF2532.

Tiny Home Office 1333 CD-R With Tiny 3yr Supagold Product No 0995-550-00014.

I have had this computer for 16 months now and am having difficulty in getting onto certain websites including Microsoft Update I keep getting cannot find server dns error etc. I have done everything but completely re install windows, I have followed instructions from Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 319585 to no avail, cannot get on updates for Windows XP, security settings are correct, could somebody please get in contact with me a.s.a.p.
