My complaint is against service co. I call first so there are no surprises , example, Sept. 9, I call A+ROOTER in chicagos nw suburbs, I am told to clear a drain is $105.

and with the coupon in the phone book it is $30 less...The rep comes fixes the drain and charges $125. " He does not accept coupons" I call the office, they apologize, and tell me they will refund the $50. That never happened. Things like this happen far too often,HOW CAN YOUR GROUP MAKE A DIFFERENCE ?
