McAfee virus/ firewall version 7 for home is a piece of cr**. It causes the computer to crash and freeze up constantly and has rendered my modem useless.

They offer NO product support except by sending them questions via email. They expect people to pay to talk to them about a problem, 39 buck per occurence.

This is so outrageous, they shouldnt be allowed to be in business.
