I have been treated unfairly by Milesource.com. I tried to redeem the point online.

There may be a system error, I simply cannot do it online and I wrote to them for 2 months and they kept sending me the same message (such as how to redeem yourself but if you cannot do it they will be able to do it online for you).

After two months, now my point worths nothing. They don't want to compensate you for the

mistake that they made.

Wonder anyone out there have the same problem.
