Pembridge Insurance - unable to make claim or get compensated for guitars in truck of car that was stolen

Complaints.com received the following on September 18, 2003:

I had a claim with Pembrige Insurance & they paid my claim for my car,then cancelled my insurance,my guitars were in my car,and stolen as well,they said that they were covered by my house insurance,that they held the policy as well.

So next they cancelled my house insurance and never paid my claim

The Halifax Herald Done a story on my situation,and then a lawyer called and said off the record,if they paid my car claim they have to take care of my personal loss claim where it was in my same car that was stolen,and by paying the car claim that means they insured me.

next they sent me back my money for my house policy and said i was not insured by them.

Halifax news Reporter Bruce Erskin Talked to Pembridge & they never had a real answer why they paid for the car except they felt like it was ness.
