concerning wal-mart.

new castle indiana-47362

for being a super store, they sure do not respect their customers, in my personal experience, they do not have enough check-out lanes opened, was there monday, stored packed and they had three lanes opened, that is bull.....

if you know what i mean. there will probably be nothing done about it, but i have voiced my opinon.

would like to see something done or at least make the store aware of it.

thank you for listening.

ALL Walmart stores are like that and so is Kmart they had over 20 registers and only 2 were open..customers were bitching because we had stood in line for over 45 minutes both lines were wound around the store..one customer who happened to be a friend of the manager was complaining about having to get home to cook dinner (duh like we all didn't need to get home)the Manager ordered a register opened and when some of us stepped into line she informed us "she wasn't opening the register for us, just her friend" we all began to get angry then she tried the "it's an emergency" we pointed out we heard her emergency and we had the same one she closed the register after sneering at us alot of people and I do mean alot of customers left the store..their carts were full and some had cold stuff that was defrosting because of the time already spent waiting in line..we were about to leave when the manager returned reopened the register then began to complain out loud about "rude customers"..that's when we left and so did a few others after of course telling her what she could do with her attitude and our merchandise we would not be buying!!
