Please post my complaint about AT&T Local and Long Distance Marketing. My complaint is that I have been continuously harrassed by the AT&T marketing department for the past three months. I have requested several times that they remove my phone number from their list.
Each time, the representative informs me that it will take up to 30 days for the request to be processed. Sorry, but I don't know of anyone willing to be THAT patient. The representatives are relentless and I will never consider AT&T for my local or long distance service provider!
To AT&T- Trust me, if I want your business I'll inquire about it, otherwise, don't call.
