RE: Wendy's, 1500 Appalachee, Tallahassee, FL - rude service at drive-thru service To Whom It May Concern:

On Monday, September 8, 2003, I purchased dinner for myself and two of my passengers at a Wendy’s drive through. This purchase was made at the Wendy’s location of 1500 APPALACHEE, TALLAHASSEE, FL 32304. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Due to the rude, impatient attitude of the drive through window’s cashier, I was unable to fully complete my order.

There was no one in the line behind me at the drive through order speaker, but the employee taking my order kept asking if I was finished ordering. After becoming very irritated at being rushed through my order, I decided to just tell the employee I was finished with my order, though I had wanted to purchase more food.

We completed our order and received the food in approximately 4 minutes. Following my visit to your restaurant, I purchased more items at a local food chain.
