My computer is a HP Pavillion 8560C. The printer is a HP DeskJet 970 Cxi Professional series.
After reinstalling AOL 8.0 on my "wonderful" HP computer the printer will not print on command. After 3 days of using the "wonderful" HP User's guide that does not provide the information that HP tells you look for I called "Customer Diservice". What joke. They want $2.50 per minute or $25.00 for calls longer than 10 minutes. This is the most disgusting piece of crap that was ever called a company.
I will never buy HP of anything related to it. They put out a disk for installation that does not include the model you purchase and then run you in circles. I wish that the person who dreamed up this scheme will have to go through the same frustration that a consumer who buys in good faith goes through when they try to follow instructions that might as well be written in an alien language.
This company sucks as evidenced by the over 200 complaints registered so far against it. What a joke!
