I recently paid my bill online and my phone was still off after more than twelve hours I contacted sprint and had to talk to six people and still got no where. first thing was when I paid my bill I got a confirmation number and a message that said my payment was successfully submitted and my phone would be back on in twelve hours one person from sprint told me their was no record of my payment and I would have to pay again and you would keep both payments I did not think this was fair.
another one said if I didn't like sprint's service I was free to go to another company so I said I'll pay again but I'm going to stop payment on the first check then I was told if I did I couldn't write a check for a year I find this very distrubing to me as a customer so I talked to someone else and they said I didn't have any money in the bank to use my debit card I find that very funny when I had just used it to get money to pay in church.
so I called again and mt payment went thru I don't understand your practice's but I am going to take the one lady's advice and look for another company and I am taking all my family members with me and another thing I need to say you may think that my seven family members may not mean much to your company you will lose business by word of mouth when one customer is unhappy they may tell two friends and so on I am very unhappy with your customer service you can respond if you like or maybe you are just like the people I spoke to on the phone just don't care.
