RE: Mymailstation - need to know how to renew service for one year - for owner that is 84 years old I have attempted to contact you for my mother regarding her mailstation on three occasions with no response. Her account number is xxxxxx and she would like to know how to renew her service. My son bought this mailstation for her last July or August and prepaid one year service.
Please respond to me, as I would like to renew her service for her for one year. She is 84 years old and has difficulty handling this type of matter. Ann Golden
