Complaints.com received the following consumer message on September 7, 2002:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Going through your site, I came across a complaint from Mr. L Krishnan, against Spectrum Magazine. I have a similar complaint against the magazine. I have mailed several times to them, but the mails are bouncing. I have also mailed to their editor, but have not received any reply.

My complaint will be clear from the mail I have forwarded you. I will be obliged if you could persuade the company to solve my problem, or at least refund my subscription amount at the earliest.
