My complaint is with Pegasus Satellite TV, Inc. I have read other posted complaints that were accessible here at complaints.com. After reading this, I encourage all feed back possible from anyone regarding Pegasus. I am not sure where this will lead, but do hope to get enough support backing all complaints about Pegasus.

 

We all deserve to be heared as consumers and have something done about inappropriate business practices in America today. I hope I will not be in this alone. The following is my situation regarding Pegasus. Read this and judge for yourself. I too have and am having billing/ customer service issues with Pegasus. My satellite service was recently turned off due to late payments. I went to pay my past due balance this week to get my service reactivated. They told me to reactivate service I would have to pay the total account balance, even though their statements state in black and white on the back, paragraph 4 under terms and conditions. " Service may be disconnected for non payment.

 

Any "past due amounts" must be paid in full before service can be restored, and a restoration charge may apply." We offered to pay the past due balance to restore service. Three customer service representatives, then 2 supervisors refused to honor their terms and conditions stated on their statements. My brother can witness our conversation as well as what he was told.

 

Last month, I requested to downgrade my services. At that time they refused to do that being I had an account balance also. I had to have supposedly a supervisor to approve of a "downgrade".

 

Anyway, this is much more in depth than what I have told you. Nonetheless I found this website out of the blue and read other complaints. I want to pursue all cases to support my claim. I am willing to get as much

feedback as possible from other consumers to support this.

 

I feel Pegasus has resorted to underhanded bullying tactics, and they do not care for the consumer market nor Direct Tv they represent. Sorry to bore you with this, but I would like us to touch base regarding Pegasus.

 

I would like to see how much of a problem this is, and hopefully help 1000's of other consumers. Please read your statements with their terms and conditions, then pass feedback here or correspond via email with one another. I want to pass all the information possible to the BBB, State Attorney General(s), and any other levels necessary to help the consumers of America. Thank You to Everyone that will help in the issues we have encountered regarding Pegasus. I hope we all can pull together with our cases. God Bless America
