RE: Tracphone - phone deactivated - unable to use phone - want all units credited back due to inconvenience

I purchased a tracfone for emergency calls and such.

I got 90 units to start. I only made contact for a 2 minute call and then, without my knowledge, they deactivated my phone. . There was an accident where 6 people died. I tried to call on my tracfone and it would not work. I called 3 times and it still does not work. to tracfone co. They told me to try later today. And gave me only 20 units back. I think that they should give me all my units back for my inconvenience. Sincerely,
