RE: The Dish Network - rain causes loss of signal - no offer to fix problem - $ 250 cancellation charge In order to receive service from the dish you have to sign a contract, but what they dont't tell you is if t starts to rain, even sprinkles a little you will lose any connection with the dish which means you can be stuck without the tv for several hours, or mere minutes but several times troughout the day.
When you call the dish and tell them the problem they will not offer to fix it nor will they let you cancel your service without paying a $250 penalty charge. This company is nothing but a xxxx and I woud recommend that anyone looking into this service, find someone else. Save what moey you can. Josona
