I'm sorrry I don't have the state etc. I got the toll free number off the internet for RCA customer service, 1-800-880-5966. After I ordered the remote with serial number, model number etc. Model F277615, Seriel 945337737, Service, F27615YX2, Chass. CTC 203AX1.

 

The lady said 3 to 5 weeks...as I said that was July 2nd. Then I called again...the number was 317-415-4940, customer service, and talked to Nichole.

 

She told me the original lady put some numbers in the wrong spaces. Then she said she would walk the order to shipping herself, that was three weeks ago.

I ordered a new remote for my 3 year old RCA tv on July 2nd. After being told it would be 4-6 weeks and no remote. I called again. They said the original rep put some numbers in the wrong area on the order form. Dah...I said" but you had my phone number why didn't you call me?"

 

Three weeks ago I ordered again and the lady said she would walk the order down to the shipping department. So far no remote....I plan on calling again today...would also like to know the name of the president of RCA..

I had a problem with my rca tv after 3 months of the warranty being up the tv died i called and wrote a letter after 3 more months they responded that it was my problem not theirs

WE ORGINALLY PURCHASED A DVR I THINK WE HAD IT MAYBE 3 MONTHS AND THE DVR BECAME

DEFECTIVE IT WOULD NOT RECORD TO THE HARD DRIVE AND WE CONTACTED RCA CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID THE MODEL WAS DISCONTINUED. SO THEY SENT US A COMBO VCR DVR IT LASTED ABOUT

2 MONTHS. WE SENT IT BACK AND THEY SENT US ANOTHER ONE. IT ATE A TAPE IT WOULD NOT EJECT. SO NOW WE WANT A PRORATED REFUND. SO THE CURRENT MODEL SELLS FOR 239-249 WE USED IT 3 MONTHS SO TAKE .25 OFF THAT WHICH WOULD BE AROUND 180 185 DOLLARS THEY SAY THEY WANT TO REFUND US 139.00 BUYER BEWARE I WILL NEVER BUY A RCA PRODUCT EVER AGAIN
