RE: AT & T residential long distance - promised $ 50 Visa debit card to swich to AT&T - didn't receive it despite several attempts and written letters
I switched my residential long distance to AT & T in May because the saleman promised me a $50.00 visa debit gift card for the switch. I have not received the card yet. today's date is 9/26/02. I have spoke with AT & T on several different occaions...
6/9/02 6/22/02 7/2/02 7/22/02
on 7/22/02 they recommended I write a letter, on 8/28/02 I did. On 8/6/02 I received a letter from them stating, "they reorderd the gift card on 8/22/02 allow 30 days.
On Monday 9/23/02 I called them again. This time they accused me of receiving the card 3 times and suggested I was stealing form them.
I fought with that rep. a while before I transferred to another rep. who recommended I write another letter.
