TravelWorm.com - booked room at El Dorado Hotel & Casino, Reno, NV - had to pay $ 3 surcharge when checking into hotel

On 19 September 2002, I booked a room at the El Dorado Hotel and Casino in reno with the Travel Worm on the internet.

I have previously booked rooms with them in Reno without problem but when I arrived at the on the booking date, 23 September 2202, I am confronted with a surcharge of $2.64 plus 36 cents tax for a total of $3.

Previously I have never been presented with additional charges after booking.

This is not right, if you book something that should be the final price. that is like hidden charges. This problem needs to be resolved. Thank you.
