RE: Superior Pontiac Cadillac, Flint, MI - upset with service received on Pontiac Aztek I have been waiting a year for an overhead broken console for my Pontiac Aztek. The dealership, Superior Pontiac Cadillac in Flint, Michigan has not made any attempt to call me and when I had it in for sevice ( a recall) they could not locate my part.

 

I find this absurd and do not understand how a dealership stays in business with such xxxx service.

 

When the key got stuck in the ignition, twice the dealership dinged my door and when they rotated my tires, they lost 3 caps of my tire.

 

I have sent complaints and still get no response. I think if they ignore me, then they don't count me as a registered complaint. What can I do????
