I called my local Little Caesars in Belton Missouri to order pizza during the first week of June 2002. The teenage girl that answered made the comment "Little Caesars Pizza and Dating Service". Then she proceeded to speak to someone at the location while having me wait.
Her comments to the person she was talking to was along the line of "What's YOUR number hottie?.....I'd like to get with you, and so forth. I asked to speak to a manager who was immediately handed the phone (without me ever being put on hold). He was standing right beside her at the time she was making these inappropriate comments.
He said she was new and did not know how to take phone orders for pizza yet. I called the 1-800-7-caesar customer service line. I recieved a letter acknowledging my complaint on June 10, 2002. The Customer Service Representative I spoke to said she would forward the complaint to the Regional Office in my area. I have not heard anything from Little Caesars since.
I have made numerous attempts to speak to someone about this problem and so far there has been no further response. If the manager at this particular store doesn't have a problem with running a dating service instead of selling pizzas, it is a cause of concern.
It makes me wonder what goes on while they make the pizzas. I order pizza once an week and spend around $80.00 a month doing so, but I will not use Little Caesars again. They do not care about their customers.

We specificaly told them to send tomato ketchup packs. But we only received one packet for two large pizza. When we tried to complaint,our complaint was neglected.This happened on 09/01/08.
