RE: reply to complaint
Re: Kevin Lake complaint 9/20/02, Email User According to our records Mr. Lake subscribed to our service on 3/28/01. He cancelled his service 9/16/02. Mr. Lake was charged only for the months he used our service. It is our written policy to bill and issue refunds in full month increments. Perhaps Mr. Lake came to the mistaken conclusion that he was somehow overbilled because he elected to cancel his service in the middle of a month. Sincerely, Marc P. Silvestri, Pres. LocalNet Corp.

RE: localnet.net ISP - charged for a month when didn't use service - then double charged
This ISP has charged my bank card for service (internet access) in a following month when I did not use their service at all. Then they charged me a second time for the same month that I did not use their service at all.
