On Sept. 18, 2002 my wife and I went to NYC to see a Broadway show. We paid $198. for the tickets. This included saets on a bus which from the moment we boarded lacked air conditioning. The weather certainly warranted that the air contitioning should be in operation.
The tickets had a face value of $61.25. My contention is the cost the cost of the bus transpotation. We were told on the way to NYC that the A?C was not working and they would make every attemp to get it fixed for the return trip home.
This was not accomplished. We were told that a replacement bus would meet us at a rest stop on the G.S.P. No bus was there and we continued home.
The bus company was Trolley Tours. I believe they are out of Baragat, NJ.The bus # is 105. I have been in contact with Bill Morano and Trolley. They both refuse to accept any responbibilty for an unfortunate situation.
I'm seeking a refund for the transportation portion of our trip. Thank you for any assistance you may be able to provide.
