Complaints.com received the following consumer message on September 16, 2002:

have filled out the service support e-mail form at the Mustek site but have not received a reply. I've had this scanner for a few months and now it sometimes works for a picture or two but mostly if I try to scan anything in color all I get is a green page.

I see that I should have checked the complaints.com site before I purchased from mustek.
