This is a fairly new company. They sell fake, knockoff handbags and wallets. They clearly state that on their website, that is not the issue.

I put in an order and then followed it (foolishly) a few days later with another order. The second one totaled over $180!

They have their store through the Yahoo store builder (I paid via my Yahoo Wallet). They also started doing auctions on Yahoo (they now have a -3 feedback). I have contacted them every day for over the past three weeks, but I was told once that they were on their way, since then, NOTHING.

I have asked them to help me track the packages, if they have been shipped-again, nothing. I did do a survey for Yahoo, and was contacted by someone from the Ladybag Company who stated "how dare you say those things about us". Never a word about the orders....It was like I personally said something about this person! This is the Company info on their website:

Tristar Group, 1013 S. Los Angeles St, 5th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90015 their local number is 213-748-8000/The toll-free number is 1-888-799-0141 The President of the Company is Elizabeth.

I would like a refund at this point, since the reason I ordered the purses is over, but will take them if that is the only recourse. The order numbers are ladybagco-4312 and ladybagco-4170

Thank you for "listening"

Regards

Shay Hunt
