Complaints.com received the following consumer message on September 12, 2002:

RE: Premier One credit card, Idaho Falls, ID - paid $ 174 for credit card not received
On June 6, 2002 Premier One of 510 East 17th St. Suite 167, Idaho Falls, Id 83404 received $174.00 from my account for what was supposed to be for a credit card with a credit limit of $2,500.
From 6/6/2002 to 726/2002 no package was received from their company concerning the documentation or the Terms and Condiftions that is allowed by their company for the consumer to read.
I called numerous of times about not receiving my package to read or to confirm to them if this is something that I wanted to except. I called a talked to several of there customer representatives about this matter but none would consider my complaint over the phone but instead gave me an address to write to.
I am out of $174.00 with no way of finding out why I haven't received my money back and no contact to me has been received from them yet. They have all recorded times,dates, and messeges on there file system of my constant complaints and my persistance in trying to stay in contact with them. Until this day as of Sept. 12th, 2002 no one has called.
Please help me in this matter or e-mail me any information that I can use to persue this matter further. Thank You, Tyrone Stewart
P.S. I have sent in a certified letter requesting my full refund on August 7, 2002 and no response has been received yet.
