I have attempted over 15 times in the course of almost 2 months to close my account yet they continue to keep the account open and bill me. I was never able to access the account and the 'customer support' treated me as if I were an idiot- you need to double click on the icon in order to access. DUH!! I could get the screen, but could not log on. That was their only suggestion.
Every email I send gets kicked back, and whenever I fill out the required on line form I am told they will close the account within 2 days, yet it is never closed. These people are a scam and will do whatever they can to get money.
Here are some of the email addresses they have given me (in the run around I have been going through)
