RE: Communications Publishing In April 2000 I ordered the book "The Secret Book of Free Money" from Communications Publishing in New York City (Steve Young). Due to the very limited value of this book (most of the funding sources listed are not secret at all), I returned the book promptly requesting a refund per the "satisfaction guaranteed" advertized.
I have made several phone calls only to hear a recording (the voicemail would not allow me to leave a message) and sent two letters attaching a two-sided copy of the cleared check but to this date (Sep 6, 2001) have not received a refund or even the courtesy of a reply.

I ordered book in July, 2010-finally received it but no free reports as was mentione in information. I returned it Sept., 2010 as it was like a couple other books on secret sources for money. I asked for the refund of $24.95 paid for the book - mentioned in 100%moneyback guarantee- no risk trial. It is now Oct. 26, 2010 and I've received nothing.I will send one more letter and then may contact my lawyer. I had estimated it would arrive on the 20th, today is the 23rd so at least, the delivery was as expected. Having dealt with several other "grant" and "free money" sources I am well aware that the listed sources are pretty much the same from each. Another option, research and find your own sources and application requirements. It will be quite abit more expensive in the long run. but, no one will be "ripping you off" From: Message Author (click here to email author) (has asked not to receive email)Date: Thursday, 23-Jul-09 12:46:39 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisI was more than excited to see these complaints against this company. I was only minutes away from licking the postage stamp and mailing my money order off for this book. I'm very sorry for your lost; maybe, if you look at it as a lost that will benefit so many other consumers, it may help ease the outrage of being ripped-off.
