Telephone Service - 9278.com - Bollywood Millenium calling card trouble with calling card

RE: calling card issue i purchased a Bollywood millenium calling card which is a subsidiary of 9278 communications or www.9278.com a media distribution agency i purchased this card and the card worked fine with me in connecting to my first number and then when i tried connecting again the line was coming engaged but all the time it was reducing my minutes on the call time and eventually i have lost 20 minutes although, i talked for 6 minutes and after that the card said the balance was 13 minutes that is it said u used 15 minutes talk time the customer number which is written as *1 says u r not allowed to access this number thats weird how do i call customer representtaive and talk to them as per law the customer centre number shud be printed on the calling card which doesnt works too pls be aware of such kind of calling cards from 9278.com
